How do you refer me if I need services outside of what Pivotal offers?
Pivotal has a well established network of Professional Providers with whom we have a referral base established, so we carefully select who we refer our Clients to in an effort to ensure they get the care they need.

How do you know what I need?
Pivotal Health completes a comprehensive assessment to identify your needs and creates a pathway that can assist you in making the life changes you need.

Billing - Insurance - Payors

Does Pivotal Health accept multiple forms of payment?
Yes. Pivotal Health accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and Private Health Insurance. We also accept all major credit and debit cards as well as cash. We are always credentialing working towards expanding our payors to provide additional access to our services and will update our payor list accordingly.

You do not need a referral from a doctor. You can complete the intake questionnaire online, call or stop by.
Weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your need for support. The frequency of sessions depends on several factors. Most people start with weekly sessions and then begin to reduce sessions pending the progress of their treatment needs and goals. In some situations, meeting bi-weekly or every few weeks might be a good fit, depending on what your availability allows. This topic will be discussed at your intake.

We ask you!  All Pivotal Health professionals will complete a comprehensive assessment prior to starting treatment. The practitioner will work with you to complete this assessment, identifying your needs and determining the best way to make the changes and see the results you need.
